USB8485I ürünü, USB ile 8 adet RS-422/485 seri bağlantı noktaları arasında çift yönlü veri dönüşümü sağlayan bir USB-Seri dönüştürücüdür. Ürün, 1 USB ve 8 RS-422/485 seri portunu destekler. Seri portlar, 15kV elektrostatik koruma ve 2KVAC izolasyon koruması ile donatılmıştır.
Bilgisayara bağlı USB arabirimi, sistemde otomatik olarak bir seri COM portu oluşturur. Böylece PC, RS-422/485 cihazlarla sanal COM portu üzerinden iletişim kurabilir.
Donanım, fansız tasarım, düşük güç tüketimi, geniş çalışma sıcaklık aralığı ve EMC uyumluluğu ile PLC kontrol, endüstriyel otomasyon, ücret toplama ve veri toplama sistemlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır.
