ICS5400SL serisi; 28 portlu Gigabit/10 Gigabit Layer 3 managed endüstriyel Ethernet switch’lerdir. PoE güç beslemesi IEEE802.3af/at/bt protokol standardına uygundur ve Ethernet üzerinden bağlı cihazlara güç sağlayarak ek kablo bağlantı ihtiyacını azaltır. Bu seri; Gigabit copper port, Gigabit PoE copper port ve 10 Gigabit SFP+ slot sunar; karşı uçtaki cihaz ile port hızı ve duplex modunu self-negotiation yöntemiyle otomatik olarak eşleştirebilir. 18~72 VDC, 44~55 VDC, 85~264 VAC ve 100~240 VAC güç besleme seçeneklerini (opsiyonel) destekler ve rack montaj tasarımı sayesinde farklı uygulama sahalarının gereksinimlerini karşılar.
Ağ yönetim sistemi; Static Routing, RIP, VRRP, NAT, STP/RSTP/MSTP, ERPS, 802.1Q VLAN, QoS, DHCP Server, DHCP Client, IGMP Static Multicast, LLDP, Port Trunking ve Port Mirroring gibi çok sayıda network protokolü ve endüstri standardı desteği sunar. Port konfigürasyonu, port istatistikleri, Port IP Binding, Access Control, 802.1X Authentication, Network Diagnosis, Rapid Configuration ve Online Upgrading gibi kapsamlı yönetim işlevlerine sahiptir. CLI, HTTP, HTTPS, Telnet ve SSH gibi farklı erişim yöntemlerini destekler. Kullanıcı dostu arayüz tasarımı sayesinde kullanım kolaylığı ve güçlü bir ağ yönetimi deneyimi sağlar.
Giriş güç beslemesi iki bağımsız güç devresinden oluşur; bu sayede güç kaynaklarından biri arızalansa bile cihaz normal çalışmaya devam eder. Güç beslemesinde veya portta link arızası olduğunda ALM göstergesi yanar ve alarm verir; aynı anda röleye bağlı alarm cihazı da hızlı saha arıza tespiti için uyarı gönderir. Donanım fanless yapıdadır, düşük güç tüketimli olup geniş sıcaklık aralığına uygun şekilde tasarlanmıştır; zorlu EMC gereksinimlerine uygunluğunu kanıtlayan sıkı endüstriyel standart testlerden geçmiştir.
